Often, when the work assigned to an individual,
is not done on time and deadlines and expectations are not being met, it is
probably because of the lack of the clarity regarding the topic and tasks that
have been assigned rather than the individuals lack in quality of being able to
complete work timely. If a proper understanding of the task is not given, it
can also turn out to be costly and time-consuming as well. Therefore, clarity

team and this is a responsibility of the leader.

problem-solving skill is the most integral one. Majorly everything relies on
that. Problem-solving gives a chance to the team for better collaboration,
brainstorming, and more involvement and enhances their team collaboration and
team working skills more. This leadership activity also enhances their
creativity which helps them in becoming a better team.
